Sarah Ashe M.Ed, BCBA

Founding Director
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Bio- Serving in the Autism community as a teacher and therapist since 1988.
Fun Fact- She loves her therapy dog Jade and Starbucks coffee.

Ellen Bradish, M.Ed, BCBA

Clinical Director
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Bio - Over 10 years experience working with children and young adults with autism.
Fun Fact- When not working, she can be found with her dogs exploring the mountains and forests of Washington State (and beyond)!

Sherri Peedin, M.S., M.A., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Bio- Worked with children with disabilities since 2015
Fun fact: When she is not at work, she is with: her dogs or traveling (mostly to see her kids, but occasionally out of the country)

Tanna Chesser M.S., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Bio- I graduated with my master's degree in 2017 and I started my journey with CFNB January 2020 as an RBT. I gained my certification as a BCBA in 2022.
Fun Fact- If I'm not working, I am always traveling around the states/world with my husband and kids or reading. I love to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Jennifer Blanchard, M.A., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Bio- Has volunteered with teens and young adults with disabilities for over 10 years and worked in the field of ABA since 2015 
 
Fun fact- Outside of work, she most often is found crafting, reading, or adventuring around Washington state.

Sarah Nell Townsend M.A., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Bio- Special Education graduate from University of Georgia with 6 years of working/volunteering with the special needs community.
Fun Fact- She could eat a cheeseburger every single day and loves to travel with her husband and dog, Charlieatter. 

Christy Word, RBT

Clinic Manager Waynesboro Clinic

Bio -Teaming up with Sarah Ashe as a parapro in the schools, she joined CFNB in 2010 as a therapist.
Fun Fact - She loves her job and her kids, but mostly the beach.

Larissa Mrad-Crawford, RBT

Clinic Manager Evans Clinic

Bio- I started as a RBT in 2020, after years of watching my son in ABA therapy. 
 
Fun Fact- I'm married to a state trooper, we have 4 kids and a fur baby. When I'm not at home I'm at the ball field cheering my kids on. I love to read and go to the lake/pool.

Fun Fact - She loves crafting, decorating and all shades of blue

Kim Boothe, RBT

Billing Specialist Lead

Bio- Has worked with kids since college; RBT at CFNB since 2017
Fun Fact- No matter what she's doing, music makes it better.

Faith Edmondson, M.S., RBT

Executive Director
Bio- Serving in many roles as counselor, teacher, and director since 2005
Fun Fact- All her family is bilingual in English and American Sign Language.

Jessica McCormick, B.S., RBT

Director of Operations

Bio- Serving the autistic community since 2011, helping her little brother since 2004
Fun Fact - On weekends you can find her tidying up her island in Animal Crossing.

Tracey Ouzts

Office Manager
Bio- Serving the autism community since 2008 in our office at CFNB
Fun Fact- If she’s not at CFNB, look for at her camper out in the woods.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position – An ABA therapist who assesses a child, writes the treatment plans and oversees how the plan is carried out.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position – An ABA therapist who implements the treatment plan directly with the children under the supervision of a BCBA.

Natural Environment Teaching (NET) position – An assistant who works with RBTs to guide a child through skill development in the play environment.
